The Challenge
The client was using Zoho as their core business platform but found that the out-of-the-box configuration couldn't fully support their specific operational workflows. They needed a tailored solution that could extend Zoho's capabilities to match how their business actually runs, without replacing the tools their team was already familiar with.
What We Built
KloudFirst designed and implemented a custom solution built on top of Zoho's API layer. We built a Next.js application to serve as the integration and workflow layer, with MongoDB handling structured data, Railway for deployment, and Lovable to accelerate iteration. The result was a business-specific system that extended Zoho's capabilities rather than working around its limitations.

Operational workflows that previously required manual handling were automated end-to-end.
