This privacy policy is provided by Kloudfirst NextGen Systems Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy applies to our mobile application AI Profile Studio (Android and iOS) and to our use of Facebook services in workflow automation (n8n), as described below.
Scope
This Privacy Policy covers:
- AI Profile Studio — our mobile application(s) available on Google Play and the Apple App Store, and any related services.
- Our Facebook application used in n8n — we use a Facebook application and Facebook APIs in our workflow automation (n8n). When we use Facebook APIs in these workflows, Meta may process data in accordance with their own policies, as linked below.
Information we collect
In connection with AI Profile Studio, we collect:
- Email address — when you create an account or sign in.
- Purchase details — information about purchases you make through the app via Google Play (Android) or Apple App Store / In-App Purchase (iOS). This may include order identifiers and payment-related information provided by the respective store; we do not store your full payment card details.
We do not currently collect other categories of personal data beyond those listed above.
How we use the information
We use the information we collect to provide, operate, and improve AI Profile Studio; to process and support your purchases; to communicate with you (e.g. account and support); and as otherwise described in this policy or with your consent. We do not use your data for marketing or third-party analytics beyond what is necessary to operate the app.
Sharing and third parties
We may share or allow access to data with the following:
- Google (Google Play) — for processing in-app purchases on Android. Google’s collection and use of data is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Apple (App Store / In-App Purchase) — for processing in-app purchases on iOS. Apple’s collection and use of data is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
- Meta (Facebook) — we use a Facebook application and Facebook APIs in our workflow automation (n8n). When we use Facebook APIs, Meta may receive or process data in accordance with Meta’s Data Policy.
We do not currently share your data with other third parties beyond those listed above.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at contact@kloudfirst.com; we will process such requests in accordance with applicable law.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can contact us at contact@kloudfirst.com to exercise these rights.

Security

Children
AI Profile Studio is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.
International transfer
We may process or store data in India and other countries where our service providers operate. By using our services, you consent to the transfer of your data to countries that may have different data protection laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the effective date.
